BY the time you get your hands on today’s paper, Tobago Carnival will already be in full swing, with its 2023 “Ritual, Revelry & Release” Carnival theme. The party started, last night, at the free-to-enter ROXGLO cultural exhibition that featured Tobago-born acts Kulture B, Anomaly alongside soca stars Farmer Nappy (Darryl Henry), Iwer George (Neil George), Jadel (Jardine Legere) and Viking Ding Dong (Andre Houlder).
The party continues this morning, beginning at 7 a.m., as veteran soca star Ronnie McIntosh hosts FAWW (F Away With Work) at Jade Monkey in Crown Point. The Carnival crowd then heads to DIP at the Nylon Pool. Read More
